For Examinees to Master's Program General Selection Process

The meeting date and place have been decided as follows. Please be sure to come at the following meeting place by the meeting time on February 1st (Tuesday). Please also refer to the access to this website regarding the meeting place.
 
Please be sure to refer to the Information and Instructions for Examinees on the precautions for taking the examination regarding the prevention of spread of new coronavirus COVID-19
infections and the Health Observation Record Table (For Graduate School Entrance Examinations). The Health Observation Record Table will be checked and collected at the following meeting place.
 
Please note that in principle, you will not be able to leave the waiting room until the oral examination is completed after the meeting, except for special circumstances.

You are required to submit an original copy of
・TOEIC Listening and Reading Test Official Score Certificate / Official Score Report or
・TOEFL Examinee (Test Taker) Score Report which is sent to the TOEFL examinee from ETS by postal mail
to meet the requirements for the ‘English’ subject.
Bring the score of the test you took after July 2019 with your photo, and submit it at the 2022/02/01 meeting time.
If the score is not submitted properly, you will be excluded from the further selection.
 
When applying using the TOEFL iBT test and TOEFL iBT Home Edition score reports, it is necessary to submit within the stated time-frame the original Test Taker Score Report mailed to the examinee from ETS.
 
We will not accept a photocopy of the score.
We will not accept the following score:
・TOEIC Institutional Program Score Report
・TOEFL Institutional Score Report
In addition, the submitted original will not be returned.
 
If you have any doubts about an original copy of
・TOEIC Listening and Reading Test Official Score Certificate / Official Score Report or
・TOEFL Examinee (Test Taker) Score Report which is sent to the TOEFL examinee from ETS by postal mail

* Supplementary Examination (Online) for Examinees Unable to be Present Due to the New Coronavirus COVID-19
Supplementary examinations will be held online as a special provision for examinees that are unable to be present at the examination venue due to the effect of COVID-19, etc. Those examinees must obtain authorization by submitting a Supplementary Examination Application Form to the contact desk for their program (place for submission of application
documents) by January 21 (Friday).
 
After receiving the application form, we will contact you by e-mail promptly from January 21 (Friday), so please follow the instructions.
 
In that case, in order to confirm your network environment, the communication test will be conducted in advance from 13:00 to 15:00 (JST) on January 24 (Monday), so it is scheduled in advance. Please prepare your network environment indicated in the Information and Instructions for Examinees for Online entrance examinations.
 
In addition, please prepare to mail an original copy of

The date and time of the oral examination will be confirmed individually by the desired faculty advisor from whom you have obtained an informal consent, which was announced in " 4. Information and Hints for Admission" in the Application Guidelines, and the meeting date and place will be notified in advance by e-mail. Please follow the instructions.
 
* Supplementary Examination (Online) for Examinees Unable to be Present Due to the New Coronavirus COVID-19
Supplementary examinations will be held online as a special provision for examinees that are unable to be present at the examination venue due to the effect of COVID-19, etc. Those examinees must obtain authorization by submitting a Supplementary Examination Application Form to the contact desk for their program (place for submission of application
documents) by January 21 (Friday).
 
After receiving the application form, we will contact you by e-mail promptly from January 21 (Friday), so please follow the instructions.

As announced in "8. Screening Criteria" of the Application Guidelines, it will be conducted online using Zoom on the following dates and times. The examinees will be notified individually by January 21st (Friday) regarding the Guideline for Online Entrance Examinations using Zoom.
 
The guideline will be based on the Information and Instructions for Examinees and the " Information Environment, Etc., Necessary if there is a Change to Online Entrance Examination" in the Application Guidelines so please check and prepare in advance.
