JR Joban Line

Hitachino Ushiku Station (about 1 hour and 10 minutes from Ueno Station)

From the east exit, take the "University of Tsukuba Chuo" bus and get off at "Daisan Area Zen Bus Stop" (30-40 minutes required),See the figure below

From the east exit, take the "University of Tsukuba Chuo" bus and get off at "Daisan Area Zen Bus Stop" (30-40 minutes required),See the figure below

Tsuchiura Station

From the west exit, take the "University of Tsukuba Chuo" bus and get off at "Area 3" (required 25-35 minutes),See the figure below

Express bus

Bus bound for "University of Tsukuba" from Tokyo Station Yaesu South Exit (about 75 minutes),Get off at the end station and walk for 5 minutes.
Alternatively, take a bus to "Tsukuba Center" (about 65 minutes),"Tsukuba University Circulation Bus" or "Tsukuba University Central Line" Bus from Tsukuba Center,Get off at "Area 3" (10 minutes required),See the figure below

Use Joban Expressway

At Sakura-Tsuchiura Interchange, turn left toward Tsukuba
→Turn right at the Sasagi intersection
→Go straight north on Prefectural Route 55
