10:00～12:00　新入生オリエンテーション

＜新入生の皆様へ＞

学生証と統一認証カード（大学のシステムを利用するために必要）の配付および新入生オリエンテーションの日時と場所を連絡します．新入生オリエンテーションには，必ず出席してください．

大学の各種システムに接続するための説明を行います．当日は無線LANに接続できるデバイスの持参を勧めます．

＜オリエンテーションを欠席の場合＞

後日，構造エネルギー工学事務室（第三エリア 工学系F棟3階 3F300事務室）で学生証，その他の資料を受領して下さい．学習管理システム manaba に掲載された案内・資料等も確認して下さい．不明な点については指導教員より説明を受けて下さい．

社会人の方で欠席することが予め分っている場合，指導教員にお知らせ下さい．

大学から入学手続きが完了した旨の通知はありません．郵送書類に不備がある場合，大学事務担当者から連絡があります．連絡が無い場合，入学手続きは完了しています．

[Important] EME 2026 Start-up Orientation

Date and Time: Tuesday, April 7, 2026, 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Location: Tsukuba Campus, Area 3, Building 3B, Room 3B405 (maps, and Access to the campus)

9:00 AM – 10:00 AM: Distribution of Student ID Cards and Unified Authentication Cards

10:00 AM – 12:00 PM: New Student Orientation

<To All New Students>

Please attend the Start-up Orientation (mandatory). We hand out student ID cards and unified authentication cards (required to use the university's systems). Further, we outline the research and study in the EME degree program.

We will provide instructions for connecting to the university's various systems. We recommend bringing a device that can connect to the wireless LAN on the day of the event.

<If You Are Unable to Attend the Orientation>

Please pick up your student ID card and other materials at a later date at the Engineering Mechanics and Energy (EME) Office (Area 3, Engineering Building F, 3rd Floor, Room 3F300). Please also review the notices and materials posted on the learning management system "manaba". If you have any questions, please consult your academic advisor.

If you are a working professional and know in advance that you will be unable to attend, please notify your academic advisor.

**Regarding Enrollment Procedures**

The university will not send a notification confirming that your enrollment procedures have been completed. If there are any issues with the documents you submitted by post, the university administrator will contact you. If you do not receive any contact, your enrollment procedures have been completed.
